Park Rates

All sites have water, sewer, electric, cable and wireless internet. Each site has a concrete pad patio and a picnic table. Both the Parkside and Beachside have a separate bath/shower house and laundry facilities with washers and dryers. All guests are invited to participate in activities happening at the recreation hall and shuffleboard courts.

    • ONE CAR PER SITE AND NO PARKING ON CONCRETE PADS OR OTHER SITES. LIMITED PARKING IN DESIGNATED AREA $10.00 PER DAY.
  • Rules & Regulations

    1. CHECK-OUT TIME IS 11:00 AM. CHECK-IN TIME IS 1:00 PM FOR RV SITES AND 3:00 PM FOR MOBILE HOME RENTAL.
    2. ALL PARK TENANTS MUST REGISTER AT THE GENERAL OFFICE. PLEASE PLACE CAR PASS SO IT IS VISIBLE TO STAFF.
    3. A 5 MPH speed limit must be observed at all times in the park
    4. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No excessive noise will be tolerated at any time
    5. Rates are calculated on two persons per site or space. Refer to rate schedule for extra person charge.
    6. If vehicle is left on the site for more than 6 months, Florida license plates are required and must be kept current each year.
    7. ONLY one camping unit is permitted on the site. No boats, storage trailers, etc. are permitted on the site Storage, IF AVAILABLE, may be obtained by contacting the general office.
    8. NO SUBLEASING OF ANY RV OR MOBILE HOME UNIT OR SITE.
    9. For the protection of underground utility lines and to make it easier for our maintenance program, permission must be obtained from the general office before planting trees, shrubs, etc.
    10. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO APPROVE ALL UNITS TO BE ACCOMMODATED IN THE PARK.
    11. No alterations in or upon the units or premises without first obtaining written consent from management. This includes the placing of larger units in the park.
    12. Clotheslines are not permitted at any site or space. Only TEMPORARY clotheslines for bathing suits and towels. Each resident is expected to keep their lot and RV neat and clean in appearance
    13. NO: soliciting of any site; campfires; smoking in any building; refunds except those approved by the general office; or "For Sale" signs in or around park units.
    14. Park models or RV's may not have the wheels or tongues removed. Must be road ready.
    15. The park is not responsible for stored units or any personal property which may remain therein, nor for any accidents nor injury to park guests; fire; theft or loss of valuables in or around any unit.
    16. No nuisance of any kind shall be allowed on the property, nor any use or practice by its tenants. All parts of the property shall be kept clean and sanitary condition and no rubbish, refuse or garbage shall be allowed to accumulate or any fire hazard allowed to exist.
    17. GARBAGE MAY BE TAKEN TO ONE OF OUR COMPACTORS 7 DAYS A WEEK, BUT ONLY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00 AM AND 6:00 PM. Our compactors are located: (1) behind the beachside shower facilities or (2) in the rear of the general office building in the north corner. Site pick-up of non-garbage items such as leaves, foliage or grass will be on Saturday mornings only. Items MUST BE in plastic bags and placed at the roadside prior to 9:00 AM. PLEASE COOPERATE AND SEPARATE ALL RECYCLABLE ITEMS AND BRING TO THE RECYCLING CENTERS.
    18. EVERY UNIT IS REQUIRED BY LAW TO HAVE A SEWER COLLAR FOR HEALTH AND SAFETY. Collars are for sale in the general office.
    19. The cleanliness of the shower and restrooms is each and everyone's responsibility. Please treat them as you would those in your own home.
    20. Three months or more site rentals require first and last months payment upon check-in. Rates will not be prorated. The monthly, weekday or daily rate is determined by: first, your advance reservation arrival/departure date as you stated, them second, in the absence of an advance reservation, your original commitment based on days and site availability.
    21. USE SITE ALLOCATED TO YOU ONLY. NO PARKING ON ANY OTHER SITES. NO PARKING ALONG DONORA STREET.
    22. During season and Holidays there is no extra parking for visitors on the Red Coconut property. Please make alternative arrangements for your guests.
    23. Site rentals paid ARE NOT TRANSFERABLE, NOR ARE TRAILER RENTALS
    24. Small children MUST be accompanied by an adult in bathhouses, showers, shuffleboard courts, clubhouse and beach.
    25. All on-site storage (if available) require a minimum of 6 months and one day reservation or annual rate subject to Resort policy. The storage rate is payable in advance. The off-season storage is for RV's only. No cars or boats on site.
    26. DEPOSITS WILL BE FORFEITED UNLESS WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IS RECEIVED 3 DAYS PRIOR to scheduled date or arrival. An administrative fee of 10%, minimum $10.00 will be charged on any refund. Reservations held until 4:00 PM unless notified. Holiday weekends-reserved on a 3 night minimum and require a $75.00 deposit. Pets extra charge.
    27. No refunds on early departures
    28. Cable hook-up included. Deposits required for CO-AX wire.
    29. PETS: Pets on a leash are your privilege, cleaning up after them is your obligation! No pets are to be left unattended. Excessive barking is not permitted. Inoculation records and photograph must be presented at check-in. Pets extra charge. All pets regardless of size must be under complete control of the owner at all times. Limit of 2 pets per site. We reserve the right to refuse any aggressive pets. Should any pet display any signs of aggressiveness after admission the guest shall be required to leave the premises and thus terminating the stay at the resort. We cannot accept any pure or mixes of the following breeds. However, we reserve the right to add to this list at our digression:
